Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Non-Delivery / Unshipped Items
If we are unable to ship any item from your order:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will not be charged for the unshipped item.

For Prepaid orders, the amount for the unshipped item will be refunded to your original payment method.
If any item remains unshipped for more than 10 business days, it will be cancelled automatically and refunded.
Refusal of Damaged Packages
